  • 背景介绍
    Exatecan is a potent inhibitor of topoisomerase I (TOP I ). In preclinical studies, exatecan was found active against multiple cancer cell lines and human breast, gastric, renal colon, ovarian, cervical, and lung xenografts models in mice. It has been developed as the payload component of antigen-dependent antibody–drug conjugates.
