This product is a full-length recombinant mouse Interleukin-38 (IL-38/IL1F10) protein fused with a C-terminal 6×His tag. The protein is heterologously expressed and purified from Escherichia coli expression system, featuring high purity, stable biological activity and excellent batch-to-batch consistency. Mouse IL-38, also known as IL1F10, is a member of the interleukin-1 cytokine family, which acts as a key negative regulator of inflammatory and immune responses, participating in the regulation of innate immunity, inflammatory diseases and immune homeostasis.
