    SIINFEKL is a peptide derived from ovalbumin (ova) and has been extensively studied for its application in understanding antigen processing and presentation by antigen-presenting cells (APCs) such as dendritic cells. SIINFEKL-specific OT1 T cells can recognize and respond to this peptide, making it a valuable tool for measuring antigen-specific CD8+ T cell responses in vivo.
