在线密码子优化工具(ExpOptimizer)

ExpOptimizer密码子优化工具用于优化在主流宿主中表达重组基因的密码子。其优化的参数包含转录和翻译两个过程多达十几个关键参数*. 根据算法,每次计算会随机采样,返回局部最优结果,因此每次提交返回的结果都会有差异。
